Why does it say I have nothing to download when I click on my download links?

As an order placed, it generates a set of download keys. These download keys are valid for a set period of time. The amount of time is included in the email with the download links.
After the keys have expired you will get an error message stating your download keys have expired.
If your purchase was made through our website and not any third party sites (such as Etsy) you can regenerate the download keys yourself.
Below are two different methods:
Method 1 (Regenerate Key for a single product):
1. Find your order(s) by visiting your Order History (Right hand menu--must be logged in) and searching on date or order number.
2. Click on the order and click the "Generate New Key for this download" under the product you wish to re-download in the order invoice
Method 2 (Regenerate Keys for an entire order):
1. Find your order(s) by visiting your Order History (Right hand menu--must be logged in) and searching on date or order number.
2. Select the check box next to the order(s) you wish to regenerate keys for.
3. Scroll to the bottom and press the "Regenerate download keys button".
When regenerating download keys using either method please note your keys will be emailed to the email address listed in your profile AND included in the order invoice--which you may click on to download.
