How do I order?

The checkout and download process is a simple straight forward process. At the completion of the checkout process, you will have the opportunity to download your embroidery designs, directly from your web browser.
Checkout Steps:
Place items into your cart
Be sure to select the correct machine format
If the option to select a file format is not present, the file formats included should be listed in the product description. In which case there will be one single download which will contain all the file formats listed in the product description.
If you happen to select the wrong format, you can change it before AND after you check out. (How to Change Machine Formats)
Proceed to checkout
Select payment method
Complete payment (e-check payments with Paypal will take 3-5 business days to clear. Downloads cannot be released until payment clears)
View your order invoice
Download your products (directly from your checkout invoice, download links emailed to you or by your order history.)
The order invoice presented after you checkout, contains download links for your products
An additional email containing your download links will be sent to the email address listed in your profile
Please note:
We do not mail designs on CDs, cards, etc, nor do we send them as email attachments.
You will be able to download your designs directly from your web browser.
Designs are usually zipped. You must have the ability to unzip/decompress designs.
Our designs are machine embroidery, not hand embroidery, keyboard fonts or word processing fonts.
