If you ordered embroidery designs or fonts, you will receive a download link at the time of checkout. When you check out, an order invoice will be presented to you. Included in the invoice is a download link to which you could download your product. Additionally, when your order is processed, the download link is emailed to the email address you included in your profile. It is very important to have a correct and working email address in your profile.

Another option is to log into your profile on our site and search your order history. From there, you can pull up your invoice and download your product via the order invoice.

We do not send designs as email attachments nor can we mail them on CDs.
