We created an FAQ to answer as many questions as possible. We realize that it is not possible to answer every question, but most issues and questions are addressed in the Frequently Asked Questions. If your question remains unanswered after having read our FAQ, please contact us through the following link and provide as much detail as possible to help us resolve your issue.

Information to include:

Order number if applicable
Font or Design that your are having an issue with
The format of the design (example: PES, EXP, etc)
Specific error messages you are receiving

Please bear in mind we will be unable to assist with the following:

Specific computer related questions (ex: where designs were downloaded on your computer)
Questions related to your specific computer software (how to use software xyz)
Embroidery software (How do I import files into Software xyz or how to transfer designs to my machine with software xyz, etc)
General embroidery questions

Those questions are best answered in public forums where the user communities have accumulated a rich foundation of information over years with thousands of users input.
