Where are my download links?

    • The download links, if you purchased a product that is downloadable, are sent via email from our system. Our service provider sends email once an hour. We make every attempt to send the download keys manually when we see an order come through. Sometimes we can’t get them out immediately. If we are not at a computer and do not get them sent manually, please be patient, as the email will come through.
    • Another option is to check your Order History, registered users only. In your Order History, you will be able to lookup your past purchases/invoices. Contained in the invoice, in the detailed listing of the items purchased, you will find ‘Download Links’ under the products which can be downloaded.
    • Check your SPAM filters to ensure the email from our system did not get caught in the SPAM bucket. The subject of the email containing the download keys will read: “8 Claws And A Paw Embroidery: Download keys for order #”.

 

Why does it tell me I have nothing to download when I click on my download links?

    • Don’t worry, your products are safe. When an order is initially processed, it generates one set of download keys and links, this set is not always the actual ones that will be used to obtain your products. Your download keys will be sent to via email. It may be required to go to your Order History, look up the appropriate invoice and use the keys contained therein. We apologize for this inconvenience.
    • Our download keys are like milk and eggs, they go bad if you let them sit around long enough. As a security mechanism, our download keys have an expiration date. It may be your keys have expired before you were able to download your products. If this is the case, please Contact us HERE ( or the Contact us link on the left menu) and we will happily generate new download links for you.

 

Why does it tell me the Key I supplied is no longer available or has expired?

    • Our download keys are like milk and eggs, they go bad if you let them sit around long enough. As a security mechanism, our download keys have an expiration date. It may be your keys have expired before you were able to download your products. Where are the free designs?

Where can I find my history of purchases?

    • You may log into your account, click on the ‘Orders history’ link (right menu) and look up your orders.

 

I’m interested in your digitizing services. How much do you charge?

Custom digitizing work is an eloquent art form. As with jello, it is hard to nail a price to the wall by just looking at it. There are many factors which must be taken into consideration in determining a pricing structure for digital work. The biggest factor is the complexity of the design.

 

The actual digitizing of a logo or picture can take several hours-as we manually design all of our orders. Once the image is digitized we must test stitch the design to ensure it stitches out in the desired manner. This very rarely turns out perfect on the first try. We must then go back and adjust the design and re-stitch. This adjusting, re-adjusting and stitching and re-stitching sometimes takes several go-arounds. All of these and other contributing factors go into taking an image or an idea and turning it into a digital pattern our machines can use.

 

We love doing it. It’s just not as easy as it looks.

I really love your designs and I want to send you a million dollars. How do I do that?

    • Wow! We love you too! If you want to send us an immeasurable amount of money, email us or better yet, call me personally! We’re always open for free moolah give always!

 

I’m interested in buying a gift certificate as a present.

    • We offer the ability to purchase gift cards for use later. You may click on the Gift Certificate link on the left menu and it will lead you through the process. After you’ve completed you will be able to add the Gift Certificate to your cart.

 

What are your Terms of Use?

 

    • You may use any design for personal use or on items to sell.
    • You may not distribute any of our designs either for sale or for free. This includes sharing and variants of our designs.

 

    • The art work that we use for these designs were either created by us or purchased for digitizing purposes. You may not copy these designs.
    • Doing so violates copyright laws and makes the 500 pound gorilla I keep in my closet very unhappy. He’s already out of bananas…

 

Can I use your designs to make and sell items?

    • Yes. We ask you honor the Terms of Use. We ask nothing in return. However, if you’d like to kickback a portion of your proceeds, we’d be more than willingly to accept. Just a thought.

 

Do you sell only to businesses?

    • No. We sell to anyone: businesses, individuals, dogs that accidentally get your credit card out of our pocket book and managed to “paw” the numbers in the appropriate spots to complete the transactions. We honestly don’t mind. Actually we do. No dogs or stolen credit cards. Sorry, I like my unobstructed view without bars in the way.

I have a question about a design?

 

Why do most of your designs not have outlines

    • Outlines are lovely. When they work. It has been our experience that outlines line up differently on different machines. Nothing will make a great design go to the waste basket faster than an outline that doesn’t line up. We like them but, we want our designs to work for everyone and not have that black line across a forehead.

What is your return policy?

    • Instant Downloads:

                                                              i.      All sales are final for all electronic goods purchases.

                                                           ii.      We will replace any corrupt file but cannot offer a refund after product has been downloaded, sent via electronic means or has been a download has been attempted. Our servers monitor downloads very carefully to ensure the appropriate products are delivered to our customers.

    • Tangible Goods:

                                                              i.      We will replace any item found to be defective due to our error.

                                                           ii.      Items involving any customized embroidery cannot be returned.

 

Do you accept credit cards?
