Attention AOL Users: It has been brought to our attention that some AOL users are unable to initiate and/or complete transactions or download files on our system. It appears America Online users anonymous proxy for a portion of web browsing for its users. Anonymous browsing is typically a bad thing in respective to people who purposely want to browse anonymously (think hackers). As such, if you are using AOL it may be necessary for you to manually process an order with us. Please see below

Steps for AOL users to initiate an order:
1. Determine the products you wish to order: SKU Number and/or Product Name.
2. Go to our "Contact Us" page and use the form to send us your information and the products you wish to purchase. You will be able to supply the products in the "Message" field of the form.
3. We will receive your manual order and contact you via email to confirm.
4. Once order has been verified as correct, we will send you a payment invoice via email.
5. Once payment has been received, we will send your products as attachments in email (digital downloads) or via post (for physical products).
